Tony Jacobs and  Martin Litton cordially invite you to a magical musical evening in the company of some of the greatest songwriters of all time.

Songwriters and performers  who are celebrated include George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Noel Coward, Rodgers and Hart, Harry Warren, ‘Fats’ Waller, Fred Astaire and many others.

The show is hugely musical, very informative and at times very funny.

Tony toured with the Syd Lawrence Orchestra for ten years. He has guested with the Glenn Miller UK Orchestra and Pasadena Roof Orchestra. He has his own 1920s/’30s band, the Tony Jacobs Orchestra and has appeared on Friday Night Is Music Night. He presents an annual Hot Jazz, Big Band, Cabaret and Dance Festival for Warner’s Cricket St Thomas Hotel in Somerset.

Martin Litton is a superb soloist as well as accompanist and  excels in the boogie-woogie and stride piano idioms. He has performed with such star names as Humphrey Lyttelton, Kenny Ball and Clare Teal.  ‘…a delicious fun thing bubbles from start to finish, with Martin Litton , a lyrical strider, well versed in the elusive art of accompaniment, lovely soloist, and  a rare way with ragtime’.
